Bryan A. Robertson

As Chief Executive Officer, Bryan A. Robertson is responsible for all operating companies’ overall vision and growth. In addition to cultivating long-standing customer relationships, Bryan believes that the keys to success are planning, streamlined processes, and land procurement. These essential functions, along with Bryan’s passion for operational excellence, have defined how we deliver projects today. Bryan manages day-to-day operations for Robertson Companies, BARCO Development and is the key advisor for Robertson Realty.
Bryan previously served as CEO of Ratliff Companies, where he instituted unique growth strategies to expand its services in the construction and real estate industries. His vision was to provide these diversified service offerings through its’ subsidiaries, Ratliff Hardscape and Ratliff Development. Before joining Ratliff, he served as Vice President of Land Development for Meritage Homes and Director of Development with Pulte Homes. Bryan brings over 25 years of engineering, civil construction, and real estate experience.
Bryan is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He serves on the Board of Directors for RW Assets, Inc., a holding company of various construction companies. Bryan also serves on a strategic advisory board to help expand the growth by acquiring new construction companies for RW Assets, Inc. He started his career with a civil engineering firm in Dallas, Texas.
