Entitlements are a critical task during property acquisition as it secures vested legal rights for the use of the property. We take the lead as the liaison to manage the overall entitlement process with the municipality and all public entities necessary. We will extensively review the existing boundaries, easements, title research, and overall constructability of the property. Our advisor will manage and secure entitlements for annexation, re-zoning, planned development, supplemental use permitting, and platting. The entitlement duration can take approximately 90–120 days from the submittal date.
